Additionally, if there are any dietary restrictions, they can communicate them at that time to ensure a safe and enjoyable gastronomic experience.

It’s essential to note that the maximum number of diners per reservation at Regala Arriaga is 10 people. If you plan to make a reservation for more than 10 people, we recommend contacting us to arrange a group reservation and ensure personalized attention.

At Arriaga Restaurant, tasting menus are served for the entire table to ensure a harmonious and comfortable gastronomic experience. The difference in service times between menus varies between 30 minutes and 1 hour, and serving different menus at the same table could result in some diners waiting while others enjoy their dishes, disrupting the carefully crafted magic for our visitors.

This policy is implemented to ensure that everyone at the table shares the culinary experience at the same time. Therefore, you won’t be able to select different menus if you plan to gift an Arriaga experience to more than one person.

It’s important to note that within the wine pairing and free drink service, long drinks and/or spirits are not included. We focus on offering a selection of beverages that perfectly complement the flavors of each menu item.
